- Usually i'm not the kind of guy who jumps on other people's game chats to say things that may look like i'm some kind of arrogant snob, but with all respect to your strategy, Paasque, agree with striking-from-one-single-point-in-a-close-bunch technique provides the best chance to beat the defenders, but you took a lot of risk by keeping your forces too packed. If you look at the game replay there's a moment in the first few turns that 7 of your 8 units could have been got with a single explosion. And once decided not to split your forces comes the choice for the entry point. In my humble opinion attacking from the south-west corner is the best choice because to destroy computers worth 100 victory points you are forced to reach the center of the moonbase, and the south-west corner way to the center of the map has 35 victory points in computers in the path.
It would be nice to read other player's oppinions about the best attacking strategy in this nice, historical mission.
- yes i I know the risk, but if you are getting away with it, its a good solid attack on the moon base. But yeah its risky.
