- Steve this mission is not balanced.
Must be improved with more aliens or more piles and unbreakable walls.
Also I think alien race need improvement. What about more APs or more HP ? Posted by

- I think the problem with making the Aliens "better" is the fact that some missions are set with "impregnator Aliens" which would then become imbalanced. Also there is a "Queen Alien" on some missions which is set to be a lot tougher than the standard Aliens.
I think the best method for rebalancing this mission (if there is an imbalance) would be to simply add an extra Alien or two, and add a bit more cover for the Aliens outside of the building, otherwise we risk messing up other missions.
I think the Aliens are not suppose to be great, their main strength is their superior numbers and willingness for self sacrifice. Posted by

- I agree with Deadlime, let's try with a bit more cover for the Aliens outside of the building. Need cover against the grenades attack.

- How about I increase the number of aliens to 16? It is a "horde" after all. Or ban grenades from this mission? I don't really want to add walls as I quite like the idea of a horde of aliens running across a barren landscape to a lone bade. If we add walls it will end up being like the other alien missions.

- Please don't ban grenades. I'm not really a fan of banning eqipment unless there is absolutely no other choice.
Yeah just adding couple more Aliens should be the simplest way. Like you said, the mission is called Alien Hordes, so the more the merrier. Posted by

Let's try add new aliens.
Else I would add some more walls where is open space at edges of the map. This would prevent a easy win: human leave the building all together in first turn, use 1/2 grenades to check 1/2 front pillars, retreat to the edge and stop any alien come in open space. I just did this and no unit lose. But maybe with more aliens will be not so easy to do this :) Posted by
