- Hi Steve, my name is Jozef (a.k.a Joe in your country), and I'm from Slovak republic - so I'm sorry for my bad english; and I play with you my first Stellar game at all - so I'm sorry for my not-good level of "assasination". But anyway. I have a few notes for you : after buying/deploying my men was armed with clips (I was buying and removing, buying another and removing again ... game not saying that 1. thing in buying table will be in my hands on fight-start ;o( ). And doors. I thing that doors which I opened, should be opened until somebody close them. Or I'm wrong ? ;o) Best regards, J.

- Hi Jozef and welcome to the game. It can be a bit challenging to get a used to the game but don't let that put you off.
Did your men only have ammo or did they have guns as well? The game puts the first item bought into their hands but you can change this.
This game is based on Laser Squad, where some doors stayed open, but in this game all doors close at the end of a turn unless there is something in the way.
Let me know if you have any more questions, and good luck! Posted by

- Hello Steve, I want to ask, what is "Show 3D options" option in pc-win64 launcher ... I see no difference with or without it ... ? And what hold my visible enemy in their hands - how I get this info ? And web-Intermediate-playback is not working completely for me (I have Firefox v15.0.1) - it says "Events downloaded 99/139" and "THE END". So I can't see what happened on battlefield - only may read Game-Log ;o(

- Yay, 3D options in client launcher are already clear. It's possibility (or not) to change screen settings ;o) And weapon of (your) Sterner Regnix is Sniper Rifle ;o)) I always says that I'm smart, but slow ;o))) But web playback behavior is still confusing for me ;o(

- Glad you worked it out, sorry I didn't reply sooner.
The Intermediate Playback only shows what your units saw (only when the game is finished can you watch everything). If you click on one of the "Watch Playback" links on the front page, do they show correctly? Posted by

- yes, I understand this game mechanism (I see only what my unit(s) saw + some common "things"). But Playback-function still didn't work, I think ;o( Do you want some screenshot ?

- Got the screenshot, Glad you're enjoying the game. :) Yes, LOS means line-of-sight. It means that you can only see enemy units that your units can see, so if there's a wall or something in the way, the enemy unit won't be shown.

- Mhm, I understand. But exactly in pc-client, what key "L" turning on/off ? Some yellow lines up & forward ... ? ;o( ... On the battlefield I see open doors. This means something/somebody is in it. Right ? When I drop something (clip) in door-place, stays these doors open ? ... And I throw grenade into closed doors. Then he exploded. Right behind these doors was an enemy. How much damage he "catch" ? ... And when my soldiers stays one behind another - how much enemies see my enemy, which stays before my first soldier (they are in the line, all of them) ? Sorry for childish questions Steve, but I am very curious ... ;o) Have a nice weekend ;o)

- Let me answer these on by one:
* L toggles the "light" effect in the 3D, which will make the 3D run faster.
* If there is a door open, there must be either a unit or piece of equipment. Note that in non-advanced games, equipment is always shown.
* Units behind closed doors only get damage in missions with "weak" walls. See the mission description to see what kind of walls each mission has.
* A unit will "hide" a unit that is stood behind him, so only the first unit will be seen.
No problem with the questions, let me know if I can go into more detail or answer any more. Posted by
