block movement

• It's just the possibility of not allowing movement when you're shooting, priming, throwing, changing item, etc...
  When you have minimum APs to do something and accidentally press the arrow, well, what do you think?

• It's a good idea and I'll look at making it an option, but I must admit I like to be able to move without having to select Cancel when I'm about to shoot or something.
