Server Down during Upgrade

• The server was down for a few hours yesterday after I did an upgrade. (The upgrade seemed to have stopped, so I left it only to find it had been going, but I'd sent myself about 5,000 error emails since the database had stopped). Unfortunately, the ISP seems to have blocked my outgoing emails (hopefully temporarily) as it thinks I was sending spam, so turn emails don't seem to be available at the moment. :(

• Relatively normal email service has been resumed. I'm now using my GMail account to send the emails rather than the usual one. Apologies for the sudden influx of emails.

• Next problem - I've already exceeded my daily sending quota on Gmail! This should sort itself out, but it means emails are now halted again.
  
  BTW, is anyone receiving two emails for each message?
