- Not sure how this was a draw although first time I've played this mission for probably years.

- Combined the two stats. Should be 65 VPs vs 13 VPs. The former is men left.

- Off the top of my head, it might be because the winner has to get 100 VPs, to prevent a player killing one opponent and then hiding for the rest of the mission.
- Right, I see how that could happen, although this causes a similar problem. You lose several men then hide for a draw. So in effect it doesn't matter either way, one or the other hides. Flawed mission. But then I think I've discovered why I hadn't played this mission for ages. :D

- Any suggestions welcome on how to fix it. :)
- Only one that springs to mind is increasing the number of turns. It means the person that hides is going to have to do it for a longer time. Will get very boring. Of course can still happen if the person is very stubborn and really wants to not lose and force a draw. Also gives the other opponent more time to try and get over.
Apart from that can't really think of anything except to change the landscape and that could spoil the game. Posted by

- Yeah this is an odd mission, it's difficult getting a win as you nee to kill all opponents.
One idea is to change it to something like 'first to eliminate 5 opponents'.
- That's not a bad idea. Also, what about if I change it so that the winner only needs (say) 50 VPs more than their opponent?
- I think it's worth testing it out. I wonder if removing the option of drawing would make players more or less cautious as well...
- I remembered a similar mission to this, just looked it up and it is called Battle For Sigma 7 and that you have to kill five of your opponent to win.
But maybe as something different the 50VPs more than is worth a try I agree. Posted by

- I've just changed it to 'first to eliminate 5 opponents' as suggested, mainly cos its easier and sounds like it might work. Now you don't have to kill every single one, so if your opponent does choose to hide, they've got to hide at least 4 units.
- Thanks Steve! Time to test it out
